Step 1: Standard Application
This is the base form that can be used to apply for over 90% of the High School scholarships on this website.
The STANDARD APPLICATION FORM consists of the following pages:
- Signed Cover Page
- Basic Information (1 page)
- Extracurricular Activities (3 pages)
- Short Essays (2 pages)
- High School Transcript of previous 7 semesters.
- Home Schooled Form (applies only to students who have received graduation credit for studies outside traditional high school setting). Some organizations do not accept applications from home-schooled students. Check eligibility criteria for each organization.
- OPTIONAL FOR EXTRA POINTS: Letter of Reference. Many universities, colleges, and other institutions require the submittal of a Letter of Reference when applying. If you already have such a letter, please include a copy of it with your application packet as it may get your application EXTRA POINTS.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT FORMS:
- The Standard Application Form and the Supplemental Forms CAN be saved to your hard drive.
- The SCAF Scholarship List and the Community Scholarship List CANNOT be saved to your hard drive (due to software limitations).
