TO CLAIM A SCHOLARSHIP: If your scholarship is administered by the Stanwood-Camano Area Foundation, please follow the instructions on this scholarship claim form by August 1st, 2010.

TO RENEW A SCHOLARSHIP:  If you previously received a renewable scholarship, please follow the instructions on this scholarship renewal form before August 1st, 2010.
