High School Scholarships
This website provides a “One-Stop-Shop” for over 100 community scholarships available to the Class of 2010, established for the convenience of our students (and their parents)!

How to apply? Complete THREE STEPS to apply for as many scholarships as possible. Each step is explained in more detail by clicking on the navigation buttons in the left column. All applications must be postmarked on or before March 12, 2010.
- Complete a STANDARD APPLICATION FORM. This form will be used in Steps 2 and 3 below.
- Complete a SCAF SCHOLARSHIP LIST and then submit your standard form (from Step 1), together with your SCAF list, to the Stanwood-Camano Area Foundation (SCAF).
- Complete a COMMUNITY SCHOLARSHIP LIST and then submit a copy of your standard form (from Step 1), together with a copy of your community list, to ALL community organizations for which you are eligible.
NOTE: Some community scholarships require the completion of a NON-STANDARD APPLICATION FORM. Forms for these scholarships (typically Art and Church scholarships) can be accessed HERE.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT FORMS:
- The Standard Application Form and the Supplemental Forms CAN be saved to your hard drive.
- The SCAF Scholarship List and the Community Scholarship List CANNOT be saved to your hard drive (due to software limitations).

Who is eligible? Unless otherwise indicated, the High School scholarships included on this website are open to any 2010 graduating senior who resides within the boundaries of the Stanwood-Camano School District. This includes Stanwood High School students, Lincoln Hill High School students, home-schooled students and those students who attend private schools elsewhere but reside within the school district.
How many scholarships are available? There are over 100 community scholarships available to the 2010 graduating class. Over 90% of these scholarships can be applied for by simply completing a single application form, together with some additional eligibility information. Many of these scholarships are administered by the Stanwood-Camano Area Foundation (SCAF); others are offered directly by community organizations and businesses.
